Welcome to the GIPS Customer Portal (beta):
This beta version of the portal is designed to make it easier for you to communicate with GIPS. Here you can submit and track any of your support incidents, see status updates from GIPS, and add your own comments.
If an incident is determined to be caused by a defect in GIPS' software, it will be moved to the "defects" tab where you can follow its status. Similarly, there is a "features" tab to keep updated on specific feature requests.
The Customer Portal also includes a Wiki with FAQ's and a Customer Download section.
To receive a login password, please contact your Support Engineer at GIPS or send an email.
